Is your company a magnet for technical maintenance talent?

Take the opportunity for your company to profile as a magnet and put your HR in the spotlights by applying for the first edition of the European HR Award Maintenance.

How do you do this?

By registering on In return you receive a unique entry code with which you can participate in the international survey ‘Is your company a magnet for technical maintenance talent?’

After participating and scientific analysis of the results, you receive an individual company report with which you can benchmark your HR management with the other companies of your branche.

The nominees of this contest are scientifically selected on the basis of their score to the response on the survey. The 3 highest ranked receive a charter certified by an international jury.

Out of all the participants of the participating countries, one European HR-Award will be rewarded. It will be the company that has the best score on the survey.

Your response will be anonymously treated. The survey is based on a scientific methodology. The results can be of use to improve and optimize your recruitment and retention policy.

The action is set-up in Belgium in co-operation with BEMAS. The leader is VOKA – Chamber of Comerce Antwerpen-Waasland.

The Award ceremony takes place at the Euromaintenance 2015 fair in Antwerp, April 1st. All nominees of the participating countries get an invitation.
